Last updated 2026-07-24 1. The studio. Vaelwave brings the frontier video and image models of third-party labs into one deep, calm workspace. There is no subscription: you load prepaid credits and pay per creation, at the price shown before each run. 2. Credits. Your balance is prepaid and stays yours until you use it — credits never expire. They are not money, earn no interest and cannot be transferred. When a generation sinks, its credits surface again: failed runs are refunded automatically. 3. Currents to avoid. The service must not be used to make illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, or content that breaches the model providers' own policies. We may suspend accounts that do. 4. What you surface. Your creations are yours, within the limits set by the underlying providers, and their voyage after that is your responsibility. 5. Open water. We rely on third-party providers, so the service is offered as is, without uptime guarantees. Provider rates may drift, but the price shown at generation time is the one charged. 6. Harbor.
